Location
The camp will take place on the campus of the University of Miskolc, which has a well-developed infrastructure. It has its own restaurant, shopping facilities nearby, large green areas and sports fields. The camp’s professional programmes will take place in the mornings and afternoons, with a breakdown by age group in the university E/5 and E/6 building. In addition to the professional programmes, there will be opportunities for other fun activities in the Assembly hall, and programs planned for participants.
Accomodation
Participants will be placed in the newly renovated E/6 building at University of Miskolc, where innovation meets comfort. Participants will be placed in rooms with twin beds. Accommodation includes air conditioning. The rooms will have their own kitchenette with fridge and private bathroom.

Program for coaches!
- Improve your skills in teaching robotics with the help of the camp’s expert instructors.

Payment is made in two instalments: First instalment is 50% of the registration fee which is issued within 8 working days after registration. Second instalment of the remaining amount is issued 1 week before the camp start date. Participation is only final once the 1st instalment of registration fee was paid. Important documents
The following forms must be completed to participate in the camp. By applying to the camp you agree to the „Terms and Conditions” and the „Camp rules”.
„Declaration of Parental Responsibility” should be signed 2 weeks prior the camp and emailed a copy to international@wro.hu. Every camper must bring the signed document to the camp with themselves.

Participation fee: 450 EUR or 180 00 HUF per person for team members
It includes accommodation, program (both professional and fun activities), qualified trainers, animators, and meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for one person. The cost does not include transportation to and from Miskolc.
Every coach who brings a team to the camp receives 30% discount from the registration fee. The winning team members of their National Final also receive 30% discount from their participation fee. Coaches cannot further discount if their team wins the 30% discount.
Please indicate if you won 30% off of participation fee in the ‘Data request form’.
The registration fee can be paid in advance by bank transfer after the application has been submitted.
Registration fee should be paid in two instalments. The organizers will send the invoice with payment deadline.

During the camp every participant will use their own devices. You should bring:
- Your WRO competition robot
- its sensors and motors
- and of course some spare parts for improvement
Every participant should have:
- passport/ID card
- travel insurance
- signed Parental Declaration of Responsibility document
- 2-3 team members/team
- teams can only participate if their coach joins the camp as well
- RoboMission Elementary (8-12 years old), Junior (11-15 years old) or Senior (14-19 years old) age group
- Future Engineers Senior (14-22 years old) teams
- participation in your country’s WRO competition
- knowledge on basic robot programming (SPIKE, EV3)
- interest in robotics (Arduino, LEGO, MicroBit)
- want to have fun
Participants will be placed in the newly renovated E/6 building at the University of Miskolc where innovation meets comfort. The accommodation will have twin beds and air conditioning. Rooms will have their own kitchenette with fridge and private bathroom. Single rooms are available for a surcharge and with limited availability.

If a kid cannot attend the camp, the parent must inform the organisers at international@wro.hu. If the participation fee has been paid in advance:
- if the termination takes place within 1 week before the start date of the Camp (on 3 August 2025 or later), the paid participation fee shall not be refunded
- if the termination takes place more than 1 week prior to the start date of the Camp (on 2 August 2025 or earlier), 50% of the paid participation fee shall be refunded.
